About Me

Are you getting dressed for the day and noticing your body just isn't responding the way it used to, no matter what you do?

You keep hoping that if you just try harder to stick with the healthy plan, your body will finally cooperate.

What if getting slim didn't require giving anything up — just becoming more alive, more you?

Pour Yourself Something, and Let's Talk…

…maybe you're worried that without rules, you'll lose control — that "just trust yourself" sounds nice, but you're not sure you can.

Maybe part of you wonders if it's not really about willpower at all — if your hormones, your stress, your body itself is what's holding on.

And maybe you're just tired. Tired of starting things and not sticking with them, and scared this will be one more thing you don't follow through on.

You are 100% in the right place. This is exactly what I help with.

Allow Me to Introduce Myself.

I trained in naturopathy and homeopathy in Australia, and later in transformational and health coaching in the US.

Before LUXE, I ran a weight loss program that helped hundreds of women lose 20 to 80 pounds. It worked — but I noticed the women who kept it off weren't the ones who followed the plan perfectly. They were the ones who changed how they saw themselves.

So I moved away from restriction completely. Because force always feels like force, no matter how "healthy" the plan — until the identity shifts first.

That's my heart now: helping women stop fighting themselves, and start living in a way that actually lifts them up.

MY VALUES

Attention
This isn't about trying to force something into existence by focusing hard enough on what you don't have yet. It's simpler than that. When I notice what's already true — what I'm grateful for, what's already good — and give it my attention, it grows. In LUXE, you'll learn to notice what's real and working, rather than what's still missing. That attention is what amplifies it.

Self-Worth
Believing we're worthy of good things — nourishment, the body we want, ease — without having to earn it through struggle, is what makes real change possible. That includes being compassionate with ourselves along the way, not critical.

Peace
I used to believe I had to rush and push hard to get the outcome I wanted. What I've learned is the opposite: peace isn't the reward waiting at the end — it's where real change actually comes from. In LUXE, you won't need urgency or force to get there. You'll return to the calm, whole version of yourself — the one who was never actually reactive or living from fear to begin with.

My Mission: Let Go Of The Dieter Identity. Become Your Slim Self.

Let Go Of The Dieter Identity, And Become The Woman Who Eats Well, Feels At Peace, And Has The Slim, Vibrant Body She Desires.

Freedom. Cravings that used to run your evenings lose their grip. The mirror stops being something you negotiate with. You stop white-knuckling through "good weeks" only to watch them collapse. For the first time in years, you trust yourself around food — really trust yourself, not the fragile kind that breaks under stress.

Become Your Slim Her. This is where your body starts to change — because you have. Bloating goes down. Energy comes back. Your clothes loosen, and you think "of course," instead of bracing for it to end. Your inner voice softens from critic to compassion, and eating becomes a pleasure again, not a project. Hormones balance. The overeating and the bingeing quiet down. You catch yourself getting dressed without a second look in the mirror — and you don't even notice you did it.

The LUXE Way. The shift holds. A hard week comes, and you don't fall back into who you used to be. You say yes to the invitation, the beach day, the photo — without a flicker of hesitation.
